The Hidden Ones

I have been reading an article that presents a prophetic word about God raising up His “hidden ones” in the latter times to accomplish His purposes.  You can find the article at this link:  https://z3news.com/w/the-mighty-ones-are-coming/

I read it a few times, and had to spend some time in prayer asking God about it.  I believe that this is a True Word from God and the rest of this post is what came to my spirit to write:

David the shepherd boy, whose own father, Jesse, didn’t think worthy enough to bring before Samuel the prophet! Daniel, and his 3 buddies: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego taken captive into Babylon. Elijah. Elisha. Hosea. Amos. Joash. Paul. Peter. James. John. Philip. Nathaniel. On and on it goes, the list grows as we look back in history. What do they all have in common?

They were “nobodies”. Most of the disciples and N.T. apostles were “Rabbi-school flunkies”! They took their tests at age 12 and heard these words from the Rabbis, “go and learn the trade of your father”! They were not seen and known by the multitudes before they had been with Jesus.

That is, until they met God and He called them and gave them all His Anointing! As Derek Prince says, note that Peter NEVER went fishing again after the Day of Pentecost!!!

God takes the least, the last, the lost and so completely fills and consumes them, as they yield to His Spirit, and then uses them for His Glorious Purposes! Why? So HE CAN GET THE GLORY! As Paris Reidhead has said:

“Why should a person come to the cross? Why should a person embrace death with Christ? Why should a person be willing to go, in identification, down to the cross and into the tomb and up again? I’ll tell you why! BECAUSE IT’S THE ONLY WAY THAT GOD CAN GET GLORY OUT OF A HUMAN BEING!!!”

The call of God is for us to follow His Son as His disciples. God takes all who are willing. All who are weak. All who are thirsty. All who are hungry. All who will cast their lives on the altar, as Isaac, carrying our own wood to the alter of sacrifice, willing to lay down our lives so Christ can raise us up with Him! God then grafts us into His Vine and Beautiful, Holy Fruit is borne and God is glorified!! And we receive exactly what we truly need because we’re now abiding in His Life-Giving Vine…

Yes, God is raising up those ‘hidden’! Yes, God is going to use those ‘in the wilderness of brokenness’! God has been doing this for centuries and He’s doing it now because the appointed Time has come for His Purposes to be fulfilled!! Thank you Loving Father!!

  2. Hello disciplinare all the way from Finland

Been looking at your posts and i see a man of spirit and wisdom. A rarity these days and a treasure the Lord will be sure to use in the days to come.

I never followed the trade of my father, asides from some personality similarities with him i never have had much in common with him. Generally i see my life as taking an path towards separation from early age and at age 28 i was born again and still am keeping separate ways from the large throngs of humanity.

In a way thats how the Lord keeps his people, Be ye holy as i am holy he says!

Thx for your input at Lindas blog i appreciate them.

    1. Thanks Stig! What you described as ‘separation’ reminded me of Oswald Chambers’ teaching that over time, we become more like Jesus and we appear ‘strange’ to those around us because we’ve become so much like our Master!!

God bless & keep you Stig!
