A Word from The LORD

enduresforever1

God is so good to let us know what He wants, what He’s doing and how we can please & obey Him!  His Word endures forever!  Jesus told us, in Matthew 24:35, that “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.”  That means we can count on the fact that God WILL do what He says He will do!  This fact should inspire us today, and give us confidence and hope…

This is a Word that God gave to me on 2-23-2016.  I had been spending time with God, as usual, in prayer.  I didn’t ask God for anything, He just gave this to me, and asked me to share it with others:

A Word from The LORD on 2-23-2016:

Son of man, lift up your head for your redemption draweth nigh. I will not delay in coming to you; as the sun rises in the East and sets in the West, so shall my coming be. (I understood this to mean that it WILL happen).

As I have spoken, so shall I do. I am looking for those consecrated wholly to Me; a pure, unadulterous bride; robed in pure white, washed in the Blood of the Lamb: My Son.

Do not waiver; stand strong; be courageous; I will not delay, I am coming soon, very soon.

God then gave me these Scriptures, in this order:
– Ezekiel 9
– Jeremiah 11
– Jeremiah 23
– Habakkuk 3:19
– Isaiah 31
– Jonah 4 (especially v.9)
– 1 John 1:9
– Revelation 3:22
What a blessing to receive a Word from the LORD!  So, the question for us today is this:  what will you do with this Word?  Does it inspire you to submit more to the Father in obedience?  Does it give you hope?  Does it increase your faith?  The Bible tells us, in Romans 10:17, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Walk with Him today in submission and faith and obedience.  God bless & keep you…

  1. Hello brother Mark,
I placed this invite on Z3 News under your most recent post but thought I would try to contact you here as well.

This is Nancy from Tribulation-Now Radio Ministry. I help John (the host) to schedule guests and we were hoping you would join us live on the air to talk about your most recent dream, “Sit Down or You Will be Shot.” Also any other dream/vision the Lord lays it on your heart to share.

We would be honored to have you as a guest.

Please contact me at the email I provided. We would LOVE to hear from you!

Thank you so much and God Bless you.

    In God’s Unfailing Love, Nancy

  2. Hi Mark – in the scriptures there are positive encouragements to follow the Lord as well as negative warnings to those who do not follow the Lord. Thus believers can be inspired to obey or be admonished against disobedience. My question is do you think it is possible for believers to continue living in the flesh and still inherit eternal life, or by continuing in sin, do they endanger themselves and risk losing their salvation; e.g. Rom 8:13?

    1. I believe that the Scriptures tell us that we must continually walk in obedience to God, by Faith. Jesus made it clear, by His life’s example, that it is totally possible to walk in complete obedience to the Father! 2 Peter 1:3 tells us that Christ’s “divine power has given us everything we need for life and Godliness”!! Blessings…

      1. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Indeed we must continue to walk in obedience by grace through faith. But what happens to believers who do not walk in obedience to the Father which is the reason I cited Rom 8:13. This verse is a conditional sentence indicated by the word “if.” It is directed to the “brethren” v.12. Believers have a choice to walk according to the flesh or according to the Spirit; with spiritual death being the result in the former group and spiritual life being the result in the latter group. It cannot refer to physical death because all people physically die regardless of how we live our lives. Thus I surmise Paul’s warning must refer to spiritual death to those believers who whose lifestyles are marked by disobedience. However, IF believers choose to walk/live according to the Spirit, they will inherit spiritual/eternal life. So yes, God’s power does give us everything we need for life and Godliness – provided if we make the choice to pursue a life of Godliness and sanctification.
